A dead body of a man was found on the bank of Geruwa River, Karnali Bhangalo, Geruwa Rural Municipality-6, Guptipur.

The body of a 55-year-old man was found, said District Police Office, Bardia Information Officer and DSP Chakra Damar Pal. According to him, the body has not been identified. 

After seeing the body on the river bank, the locals informed the police around 3 pm on Wednesday. Soon after the teams from Manau Police Station, Elaka Police Office, Patabhar and Rajapur reached the spot. DSP Pal said that the police team took the body to the primary health center Rajapur for post-mortem.
