Three roads including Kaligandaki Corridor have been blocked in Gulmi. Kaligandki Corridor, Rudraveni-Wami and Ridi-Kharjang roads have been blocked since Tuesday morning.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganga Bahadur Saru informed that the road was blocked due to landslides in Gargare, Rakse and Kanouta of Kaligand corridor. The blocked road section belongs to rural municipality-1, 2 and 3 of Kaligand. Likewise, the Ridi-Kharjang road has also been blocked.
The road has also been blocked in Dahare Khola and Talophant Khola located in Satyavati rural municipality-6. It is located in the Rudraveni-Wami section of the Butwal-Burtiwang road section.
The road has been blocked due to landslides as it has been raining continuously for the past three days in the surrounding areas including Gulmi.
