The farmers of West Nawalparasi have protested saying that the government has cut the subsidy amount for sugarcane farmers in the budget.
Khemnarayan Gurava, Executive Chairman of Sugarcane Producers Kisan Samiti Nawalparasi, said that the farmers demonstrated in front of the gate of Indira Sugar Mill Pratappur.
