The Gulmi road section under the Kaligandaki corridor has been blocked by landslides.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganga Bahadur Saru informed that the road has been blocked due to landslides in Gargare, Mulk and Kanaita since Sunday evening. The blocked road section is in Ward No. 1, 2 and 3 of Kaligand Rural Municipality.

Similarly, Dahare Khaela road section located in Satyavati rural municipality ward number 6 has also been blocked. This is Rudraveni-Wami section of Butwal-Burtiwang road section. Similarly, the road has also been blocked in Rurukshetra rural municipality-3 Salleri. This is the Ridi-Tamghas road section of the Butwal-Gulmi road section. An alternative road has been used in this section.

The road has been blocked due to landslides as it has been raining continuously since Sunday afternoon in the vicinity of Gulmi.
