A community school teacher in Deukhuri has died after being bitten by a snake.

Shalikram Yadav, a teacher of Shankar Secondary School in Rajpur Rural Municipality-3, Khardaria, died of snake bite on Monday.

Yadav, who was seriously ill after being bitten by a snake at his home in Khardaria, died at the Rapti Institute of Health Sciences, Ghorahi, according to the district police office.
