Lamhi Municipality, Rapti Rural Municipality and Garhwa Rural Municipality have given holiday on the occasion of Nagpanchami, Gurhi of Tharu community and Gudiya festival of Madheshi community. Three local levels have issued a public notice and informed that all services including local level offices, ward offices, educational institutes, health institutions will be closed today.
