Lumbini Pradesh Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has released the details of one year's achievements. Chief Minister Acharya announced the details of the achievements by organizing a program in Rapti Valley Deukhuri on Thursday.
Keeping good governance at the center, we have prepared a five-year strategic plan, according to which there has been significant progress in revenue growth, improvement in capital expenditure and administrative performance. A 'Chief Minister's Dashboard' has been established for evaluating and monitoring the performance of personnel management, ministries and subordinate offices, through which arrangements have been made for regular monitoring on the policy and implementation side.
Provincial Speaker Tularam Ghartimagar said that Lumbini province has achieved significant success in law making. The work has been done in a transparent manner so that people can evaluate it. Now the remaining laws related to social justice will be submitted and passed in this session, Speaker Ghartimagar said, "The government should proceed sensitively in the direction of protection, enhancement and implementation of heritages connected with the sentiments and identity of the people." He said that Lumbini province played a leading role in the institutional practice of federalism. He said that the policies and programs conducted with the aim of making the government visible, accessible and audible to the people have tried to establish the province as a 'model' province of federal practice.
Chief Secretary Baburam Adhikari presided over the program and Chief Minister and Cabinet Secretary Ishwarraj Paudel presented the details of one year's achievements. Urban Development and Water Supply Minister Saroj Thapa (Rose Rana) delivered the welcome speech. The program was facilitated by Kavindra Nepal, Secretary of the Chief Minister's Office. The Chief Minister Dashboard, Kisan App and Intangible Cultural Heritage were launched at the event. The state government has established a Chief Minister Dashboard. Chief Minister Acharya inaugurated the Chief Minister's Dashboard, which was created to monitor the work carried out by various agencies and offices of the Ministry and Government.
Similarly, Chief Minister Acharya and Industry, Tourism and Transport Minister Prachanda Vikram Neupane jointly released a booklet of intangible cultural heritage. The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Transport has published the booklet. Minister of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives Dinesh Panthi inaugurated the agricultural app. Chief Minister Dashboard and Kisan App are prepared by State Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Lumbini.
