3 billion 817 million has been returned to the budget allocated for Palpa in the financial year 2081/82. 10.93 billion 98 million has been spent due to the budget allocation of 13.51 billion 7 million from the federal and state governments.

2 billion 57 crore 9 lakh rupees have been returned without spending the budget. According to the Treasury and Accounts Control Office, 5.64 billion 5.7 million has been spent out of 6.89 billion 1.8 million allocated for Palpa's two municipalities and eight rural municipalities. 1 billion 24 million 61 million budget has been returned from the local level.

11.18 billion 85 million has been allocated from the federal government and 10.13 billion 37 million has been spent in the budget. According to Palpa, the Fund and Accounts Control Office has returned 1.5 billion 47 lakhs from the federal government.

Among the offices of the federal government, the North-South Kaligandaki Lokmarg project has spent 2.33 billion 2 million out of the budget of 2.48 billion 89 million. 15 crore 69 lakh could not be spent.

12.47 million has been spent out of the 18.81 million budget of the Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division office towards the state government. 6 crore 33 lakh has been returned.

Veterinary Hospital and Animal Services Expert Center Palpa has spent 36 million out of 455 million budget. 95 lakh budget has been returned. 2 crore 39 lakh has been spent on the budget of 3 crore 92 lakh of Krishi Gyan Kendra. 1 crore 53 lakh has been returned.

Division Forest Office's budget of 89.4 million has been returned 16.8 million, according to the Fund and Accounts Control Office Palpa. 548.3 million has been spent in the 699.5 million budget of the Road Infrastructure Development Office.
