According to the by-election program announced by the commission on Sunday, nominations of candidates will be registered from 10 am to 5 pm on October 21. In this by-election, the Election Commission has informed that there is a legal provision that persons whose names are included in the closed list for the proportional system under the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly Member Election, 2079 cannot become candidates.
