"Kora Cycling Challenge - 2025" has been completed in Palpa while observing the religious and tourist areas.

The 55 km long second Kora Palpa Cycling Challenge was completed on Saturday organized by the Palpa Cycling Association.

Mayor of Tansen Municipality, Santosh Lal Shrestha, while inaugurating the cycling challenge, said that the trip will help in the development of bicycle tourism. Mayor Shrestha said that the trip to observe the natural beauty of Palpa and Tansen will play an important role in encouraging cyclists. 

The bicycle rally started from Tundikhel and gathered at the Durbar complex . The participants reached the Bhairavasthan temple from the palace through Tansen's Batasedanda. Village Chairman Narayan Bahadur Karki was welcomed by the group at Jaleshwar Mandir of Ribdikot Rural Municipality.

Palpa Cycling Association Vice President Amankaji Shakya said that after Jaleshwar, they reached Dhustung, Lulibhatti, Masyam Hatia via weather radar tower. Tansen came from Hatia to Dumre, Prabhas via Siddhartha Highway. President of the association Rupesh Maharjan said that Kora Cycling is believed to promote tourism in the district as well as spread awareness about people's health and environment. 75 cyclists participated in the event . 

Sangh conducted a two-day 'Heritage Ride-2081' last year.
