With the aim of the organization to end sexual and ethnic violence of the plaintiff community, ensure access to services such as education, health, employment, housing etc. Safe Nepal, which was established in Banke in the year 2049, is now engaged in a campaign to save the assets of the organization.

After the founding president himself committed bullying, the current officers of the organization are running to protect the assets of the organization rather than organizing the program.

Although the current working committee of Safe Nepal has been involved in the 'Safe Nepal's Assets and Survival Campaign' for a year, they have been disappointed when the property bank started auctioning them.

Suklal Nepali, the founding president of Social Awakening for Education (SAFE) Nepal, which is playing a major role in the education of the Wadi community, embezzled the land worth crores of the organization by passing it in the name of his wife Rina Wadi. 

Savik's Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan ward no. On 11th, Suklal made a deed of sale of four parcels of land (including the house) to Mrs. Rina for 27 lakhs and kept the said land in the bank .

On 13 June 2081, there was an agreement between Abhisesh Nepali, the current president of the organization, and Rina Wadi to return the land by 15 July. After that, founder president Suklal and his wife Rina absconded.

The agreement reached at the district administration office was also not followed . On June 4, 2082, the Banke District Court has issued an arrest warrant to Suklal Nepali.

If he is not arrested within seven days, a 35-day arrest warrant has been issued and an order has been issued to arrest him and bring him to court. The current working committee has not been able to get justice because the police did not show vigilance and the order from the court was not followed.

Suklal B.S. In the year 2075, he transferred the land of the organization to his wife and took a loan of 15 million rupees from NIC Asia. The incident of scam came to light after the meeting held on 13 June 2081 made Abhisesh Nepali the president and searched for the assets to move the youth forward .

According to the current president of Safe Nepal, Abhishesh, there is a case going on in the court against Suklal and his wife for the return of the organization's property . The bank has issued 35 days and 7 days notice for property auction. When the bank gives a loan, it stops the land sale and distribution . Meanwhile, the current working committee has also stopped the sale and distribution of the said land.

Founding President Suklal seems to have sold the land in the name of his wife by authorizing himself in minute. There is an allegation of the current working committee that the employees of the relevant office were also colluded while selling the land of the organization to individuals.
