Among the development ministries of Lumbini province, the Ministry of Urban Development and Water Supply is ahead in the capital budget expenditure of the last year. The ministry has spent 84.55 percent of the total and 92.93 percent on drinking water last year.

31 big projects for water supply by the federal government have also been completed in the last year . Under the Ministry of Urban Development, there are 12 offices for drinking water and 6 offices for urban development and buildings in 12 districts of the province.

He said that 380 schemes, which have been running continuously for 12 years in various districts of Lumbini, have been cut by the federal government in the current year.
