Three points have been agreed upon in the incident of beating up the youth of Sauraha by the Nepalese army stationed in Chitwan National Park. On Friday, an agreement was reached between the victims' side and the Gulm side of the army on the advice of the chief of the East Sector Office of Chitwan National Park and other stakeholders.
31-year-old Gobind Raut, who was beaten up on Thursday, is being treated in Bharatpur.
It is said that one Pyut and two soldiers of Dudhaura post of 'A' Gulm stationed in Sauraha of New Gorakh Gana stationed in the park were involved in the incident. It has been agreed that Sauraha's Gulm will bear all the expenses for the treatment of the injured. Similarly, it has also been agreed that the soldiers involved in the patrol who are said to be involved in the incident will take departmental action according to the Military Act after necessary investigation.
After the injured recover, all parties have agreed to sit down and make a settlement. The incident took place in the Khorsor forest area of Sauraha Aad. Sister Kaushila Raut said that her legs, knees, head and back were bruised due to the beating. He was brought to the old medical college teaching hospital in Bharatpur on Thursday evening for treatment. The injured Raut was admitted to the same hospital and is being treated. Raut, whose house is near Ratnanagar Municipality-7 Sauraha Char Chowk, is also a nature guide who takes tourists to the park.

Conservation officer Avinas Thapamar, who is the information officer of Chitwan Park, said that after seeing him alone in the forest area, when he tried to stop him, Raut broke his bag and ran away.
