The number of cases exceeding one year in High Court Tulsipur Nepalganj Bench is zero. The strategy of the original plan to decide all the decisions that came with responsibility in the last fiscal year 2081/82 and to decide 50 percent of the new registrations has been completed.

The bench disposed of 75.74 percent cases in 2081/82. In a press conference held in Nepalganj, it was informed that 2004 cases were dismissed out of a total of 2646 cases. Out of 774 registered cases and 1,872 newly registered cases, all the new cases and 1,230 new cases were dismissed. Compared to the target of the plan, the repayment percentage is 122.42. 

According to Chief Justice Chandra Bahadur Saru, 71.41 percent of cases were dismissed in the last financial year. According to court records, the case disposal rate is increasing every year. Among the cases, there are 148 extortion cases, 151 drug cases, 28 human trafficking and trafficking cases, 155 crimes related to life, 50 divorce cases, 1063 other cases, and 409 writs and injunctions.

Similarly, District Court Banke dismissed 59.68 percent of cases in 2081/82. According to District Judge Bhishmaraj Prasain, 89.50 percent of cases have been disposed of compared to the target of the scheme. Out of a total of 7804 cases, 4658 cases have been disposed of. There are still 53 cases in the district court that have exceeded two years.
