He said that the overall capital expenditure of the district should be considered better than in the past. According to him, out of the total expenditure of 16 billion 91 crore 23 lakh 10 thousand 969 rupees, 1 billion 79 crore 31 lakh 72 thousand 244 rupees have been spent in June alone. According to the office, there has been an overall improvement in capital (development) expenditure in the district compared to the past.
"Due to the delay in the call for tenders at the beginning of the financial year, the annual development expenditure is decreasing," said office head Jaisi Dhakal, "the development expenditure in the financial year 2081/082 has been satisfactory compared to the previous years." In the financial year 2081/082, the revenue collected from Rupandehi district is 1 trillion 20 billion 69 crore 88 lakh 46 thousand 826. Which is 15.16 percent more than the previous financial year 2080/081.
In the previous year, 1 trillion 4 billion 81 crore 38 lakh 10 thousand 694 rupees was collected from the district. According to Kolenica, overall revenue collection from Rupandehi increased by 17.75 percent of Bhairawa Customs Office, 25.60 percent of Internal Revenue Office Bhairawa, 10.16 percent of Internal Revenue Butwal and 2.20 percent of Immigration Office. In the
district, Urban Development and Building Construction Office and Gaidahwa Rural Municipality have spent 100% of the budget. Many development centers have not been able to spend satisfactorily. The Butwal-Gorusinge-Chandrauta road plan that got the highest budget has spent a total of 48%, Local Infrastructure Development Project Office 49%, Federal Project Implementation Unit 62%, Economic Corridor Office 48%, People's Embankment Program Office 57%, Road Division Butwal 84% of the budget.
