According to the events, when the tailor met the girl alone on the road while returning from school, the girl's father tricked her into saying that he would take her there because he was watering the field. After making Phakai Fulya, the tailor did not take the girl to her father's place and took her to a private place. Leaving the girl there, the defendant tailor went to drink alcohol. It is mentioned in the records of the case that the tailor who returned after consuming alcohol killed the girl and threw her away. According to the details of the
case, locals have said that they saw the tailor carrying the girl on a bicycle. The tailor did not reveal anything even after the people who saw him taking the girl complained. When the police came to know about the incident, the tailor showed the place where the girl was killed and dumped.
