Both the sections of the Kaligandaki Corridor in Gulmi have come into one-way operation. Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganga Bahadur Saru informed that the blocked road in Kaligand's rural municipality-1 Gargare and Ward No. 6 Barlawa is one-way operation.

In both places, the road was blocked since Sunday morning due to a large landslide with rocks from above. Roads are often blocked in these places. Because of this, the passengers passing through the corridor of Kaligand had to suffer. Local passengers were also killed.

The team deployed from the Purtighat police station in the landslide-hit area coordinated with the local municipality and builders to open the road. After that, both the blocked sections came into one-way operation.

In this area of the Kaligand corridor, there are frequent landslides with landslides when it rains and dry landslides with big rocks even when it doesn't rain.
