Krishna Prasad Basyal (Rakesh), former Central Vice President of Federation of Nepalese Journalists died in a motorcycle accident on Sunday.

According to District Police Office Bardia Information Officer and DSP Chakra Damar Pal, he died suddenly during treatment at the Teaching Hospital Nepalganj. At Ganesh Chowk located in the same Palika-8 of Hulaki Road, the motorcycle went out of control and Basyal, who was sitting behind, was seriously injured.
