In the Tilottma municipality-8 Milan Toll Development Corporation election, the National Independent Party team has defeated the Congress-UML alliance and won the majority of the seats. Tilottma-8 is the ward of UML District President Yagya Gayre and Congress District President and Tilottma Municipality Chief Ramakrishna Khan.

This is also the ward of Congress leader and former home minister Balkrishna Khan. The meeting held on Saturday held elections for the 15-member working committee. Out of 15 members, including 4 office bearers, RSVP has won 8 seats. 3 people from UML, 2 people from Congress and two people from RPP have won from the panel of RSVP. 

233 votes were cast in the village with 272 households. Ramakant Bhusal of RSVP was elected as the president by getting 124 votes. UML's Krishna Chapagai of the rival UML got only 100 votes. Parsuram Kafle of RSVP got 145 votes while Rina Baral of Congress got 81 votes for the position of vice president.

Similarly, Sita Tiwari of RSVP got 119 votes and Thamman Gurung of Congress got 150 votes. Prateek Pandey of RSVP got 126 votes and Bobby Chapagain of UML got 98 votes.
