A child died of snake bite in Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city-13, Raniapur on Sunday. Tulsipur area police office said that the deceased was 22-month-old Anis Pariyar.

While playing inside the house, the snake bit him on the back of his left palm. Police said that the injured child was taken to Rapti Regional Hospital Tulsipur where doctors declared him dead.
