An educational conference was held in Butwal on Saturday to teach teaching methods to teachers. When the question of how to make school level education interesting, practical and result-oriented is being raised, the institutional schools of Rupandehi have organized an educational conference.

281 teachers were facilitated by professors of Kathmandu University in the educational conference organized by Pabson Rupandehi, a private and residential school organization. Deepak Khanal, president of Pabson Rupandehi, said that the educational conference was organized because the current teaching method should be changed and new methods and methods should be adopted for child-centered education. In the

conference, teachers were given separate educational counseling about the use of AI, technology-friendly teaching methods, participatory research work, student-centered teaching methods, transformational leadership, etc., considering the needs of the school.

To add a new dimension to school education and to make educational activities more effective, Rupandehi Institutional School has a plan to produce teacher facilitators in every school. Chairman Khanal informed that school teachers and professors were also consulted in the conference for that.

Only if the education at the school level is good, students can get good results in higher education . According to this belief, educational conferences organized by institutional schools to make education timely and technology-friendly will be supported by Pabson Rupandehi Secretary Bodhraj Gaudel.

Speaking at the educational conference, Lumbini Province Physical Infrastructure Development Minister Bhumishwar Dhakal said that institutional schools have contributed greatly to the educational development of Nepal. He also informed that discussions are being held to appreciate the contribution made by institutional schools in the Education Act which is being prepared.
