Rohini Rural Municipality of Rupandehi has gifted bicycles to students who have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) from community and religious schools.
During a program on Saturday, the municipality gave bicycles to 126 students from the community and 3 students from religious schools in the SEE examination of 2081 in Rohini. President Vidya Prasad Yadav said that bicycles were distributed with the aim of encouraging students to study and encourage them to study.
Saying that the results of the community schools have improved this year compared to the previous year, he said that parents and students should also work hard to improve the educational quality without blaming only the teachers and the rural municipality. In SEE, Asmita Yadav from Chhipagarh High School with 3.66 GPA was the first and Sadhana Yadav from Piparhawa High School with 3.65 GPA was the second.
380 students from community and 18 students from religious participated in SEE in Rohani.
