36-year-old Gor Bahadur Sunar of Isma Rural Municipality-3 has been arrested on the charge of raping a woman with a dull state of mind and complete disability. According to the police, the arrested goldsmith is being investigated by the Gulmi District Court on Tuesday.

As soon as a complaint was registered in the district police office Gulmi that forced rape was committed in the afternoon of June 7th  Police Deputy Superintendent Ganga Bahadur Saru informed that the perpetrator was arrested on Sunday at the District Police Office Gulmi.
