Five local levels of Arghakhanchi brought the budget

Out of the six local levels, five municipalities, including the headquarters Sandhikhark municipality, have brought budgets. Bhumikasthan municipality said that it could not bring the budget on Tuesday because it could not complete the internal preparations.

Bhumikasthan announced that it is ready to make it public on Wednesday.

For the next financial year 2082/083, the budget of Shitganga municipality is 9367 million 50 thousand rupees, the budget of Sandhikhark municipality is 1 billion 114 million rupees, the budget of Malarani rural municipality is 62 million 92 million 51 thousand rupees, the budget of Panini rural municipality is 722 million 74 thousand 500 rupees and the budget of Chhatradeo rural municipality is 54 million rupees 955 thousand 70 rupees. Most of the old plans are mentioned in the budget. 5 Local level budgets are similar to each other. 

On Tuesday, through the 18th session of the Sandhikhark Municipal Council, the budget announced by the city deputy chief Mishra Acharya will be used to brand and package the products produced from local Raithane crops and send them to the market. Marketing is going to be done through selected cooperatives within the municipality. 

It is mentioned in the budget that the products produced by processing, storing, branding, packaging and labeling local agricultural products will be exported to districts and big cities. The policy of creating employment for local people through agricultural enterprises has been put forward. In order to make Sandhikhark municipality self-reliant in food grains, it is mentioned to promote paddy and corn crops under the latest technology under the Lumbini province special program. For which a budget of 17 lakh rupees has been allocated . 

Similarly, free seeds will be distributed to the farmers to promote Raithane crops millet, phapar, junelo, jhilingi, black cabbage, ghat, latte . It is mentioned in the budget allocated by Acharya for modernization and mechanization of agricultural business. Vegetable pocket development program, coffee pocket and orange special program will be introduced. 50% subsidy will be distributed on plants for winter and annual fruit cultivation including avocado, dragon food, lemon, mango etc. The budget has been allocated for agriculture, animal husbandry, education, health infrastructure development etc. . 

The Shitganga municipality of Arghakhanchi, the country's largest in terms of area, has allocated the budget by giving priority to local employment, tourism promotion, education, health and infrastructure from agricultural enterprises.  In coordination with the

ward office, the agricultural entrepreneurship program will be conducted in all the wards through cooperatives to increase the production related to agriculture and animal development. In the budget announced by Deputy Chief Geeta Bhat, it is said that employment creation and income generation will be increased through agriculture and animal development. It is mentioned that farmers will be registered. 

Malarani Rural Municipality is going to provide scholarships to students studying MBBS. Vice President Deepa Pokharel mentioned that roads will be pitched in the public budget, agriculture and tourism will be promoted and local people will be self-employed. The aim is to increase production and not to keep barren fields while protecting local crops including orange, fruit and millet cultivation. Agriculture and animal entrepreneurship development project is going to be conducted on a multi-year basis. The old programs and plans including improving the educational quality of community schools and health services for all citizens have been continued.

Similarly, in the budget announced by Panini Rural Municipality Vice President Narmada Paudel Gautam, emphasis has been placed on agricultural production. Improvements in education, easy access to health, infrastructure development, sports activities, improvement of roads within the municipality, connecting locals and youth to agricultural enterprises and creating employment opportunities are mentioned. 

The old programs and plans have been continued in the budget brought by Chhatradev Rural Municipality Vice President Mani Panthi. Increasing educational quality within the municipality, importance has been given to agricultural enterprises.
