The police have recovered sal wood being loaded on a tractor lying in an abandoned state in Uchagaon of Badhaiyatal rural municipality-6.

On the inner road section from Mainapokhar to Basgarhi, 1 hundred and 29.57 cubic feet of old chirani wood was recovered in a tractor with trolley No. 1, 6082.

Chirani wood is worth 13 lakh 565 rupees, informed the Information Officer of District Police Office Bardia and Deputy Superintendent of Police Chakra Damar Pal. He said that the recovered timber and tractor have been sent to Sub Division Forest Office Basgarhi for necessary action.
