The police have arrested the defendant who absconded without paying a fine of Rs 1,000 in a land-related case.
68-year-old Champa Lodh of Gulria Municipality-8 Ashapur, absconding, has been arrested after the judgment order dated 23rd June 2082 of the District Court, Bardia imposed a fine in a land-related case. District Police Office, Bardia Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police Chakra Damar Pal said that Lodh was arrested while hiding in his own house.
He said that Lodh has been sent to the District Court Bardia for action.
