The parents of 14-year-old Sukhna Kewat of Kapilvastu Municipality-8, Manihwa, who died due to injuries caused by the fall of a branch of a mango tree, have been given two lakh relief.

The head of Kapilvastu municipality, Sudeep Paudel, went to the house and handed over a check of two lakhs to the mother of the deceased girl, Gyamamati Kewat. Sukhna, who had gone to pick mangoes that had fallen on the ground during a storm, was hit by a branch and died.

On 2nd of June, the incident took place in a garden at Manihwa under Taulihwa-Lumbini road section.
