The students who were studying in the well-equipped colleges of the city went to the village to understand the happiness and life of the rural areas. Staying in the village for three days, he also learned social work while understanding the different customs and culture of the community.

Victoria International College Ghorahi has been organizing a community camp every year with the aim of making the students understand the community. According to which recently the students of Synergy Group studying in the seventh semester of the college participated in the community camp of the 11th series.

Ghorahi sub-metropolitan-1 held a three-day camp at Model Basic School in Simaltara and contributed to improving the condition of the school. 

They did community walk, distribution of sports and educational materials to students, awareness street drama, exchange of knowledge and skills, student teaching, cleanliness, yoga and meditation and cultural programs.

To understand the lifestyle of the village, they walked all day and observed different areas of the hilly areas. Interacted with the people of the village. Earlier, a community camp was organized at Bhagwati Mavi Hodbang in Ghorahi-19 Saigha for 10 years. According to the director of the college, KV Choudhary, many school improvement works including the establishment of a library, installation of educational materials, and the installation of information technology equipment in the school have been completed.

After spending 10 years in building a school, he informed that he chose a new school in the 11th series. He said that every year, camps are set up in remote places to teach students about rural life and community.
