It is mentioned in the petition that they have asked to remove the encroachment structures built on the attic. The locals complained that the forest office had neglected to remove encroachments.

Locals alleged that Nuwakotgarhi Resort alone encroached on the land of about four ropani forest areas and built hotel structures.
The community forest and village development committee submitted an application to the Tinau sub division office and the division forest office in Palpa. If the forest office does not take any initiative, the locals who plan to hold more pressing programs said that the problem was initiated after the forest and public representatives reached.
Beore Chiuri Gowda Community Forest Secretary Harikala Kumal said that the forest offices have been informed repeatedly in writing and verbally. Nuwakotgarhi Resort and Hotel Okhaldhunga Cottage had also arranged for a campfire by placing a table under the mountain sal trees inside the community forest.

He said that three and a half ropani and 12 annas of land have been purchased as a permanent Lalpurja for the operation of the resort. He also said that there are papers of 12 ropani land including temporary (lhosepose) land.
'There is a view towards Butwal on the hill,' he said, 'that's why some kurchi tables have been placed. The structures were built on the spot where the parts were. We have removed it because the forest staff and people's representative, the locals asked to remove it.'
There are more temporary (Lhosepose) lands in Dobhan, Kachal, Jhumsa and other places of Tinau Rural Municipality. The government has not been able to solve the problem as there are few land with red parts and the number of people occupying public land is large.
