Foxingkot belongs to Rambha Rural Municipality-2. A few days ago, while digging a hole for planting oranges in the Pospakha Rimigha community forest area of ​​Pipaldanda, 3, an object that looked like a yarcha was found and sent to the National Forensic Science Laboratory, Khumaltar, Lalitpur for testing.

Locals of Foxingkot also found a plant similar to yarch while searching in the north-eastern area of ​​Rimigha Lake, Ward President Chet Bahadur Sunari informed. According to him, at an altitude of 1,794 meters, plants that look like yarcha have been found.

"Foxingdanda of Foxingkot which is in Rimighadanda (Lake) area," he said, "plants like Yarcha have been found at almost the same height. It has to be studied.' Rimigha area is a large forest area at high altitude.

The Divisional Forest Office has also issued a notification that the public has been banned from entering Rimigha Lake in Pipaldanda by the rural municipality. According to Divisional Forest Chief Narayandev Bhattarai, the entry of ordinary citizens has been prohibited until May 29, as it is very necessary from the point of view of forest protection in the national forest area of ​​Rambha Rural Municipality-2 Foxingkot and 3 Pipaldanda.

Divisional Forest Chief Bhattarai said that the entire area of ​​Rimigha forest has been banned for human movement and the entry of any kind of domestic animals. It is prohibited according to Section 9 of the Forest Act, 2076, and if this order is violated, it will be an offense under Section 49 (th) of the Forest Act, 2076.  According to section 50 (14) of the

act, there is a provision of imprisonment for up to 6 months or a fine of up to 10,000 and both.
