A rare wild animal Rooster has died due to a vehicle collision in Ghorahi sub-metropolis-10 South Amrai under Tulsipur road section.
According to the Division Forest Office, Ghorahi, the length of the dead rooster was around 5 feet and the body girth was 16 inches. The office estimates that Hundar's age is between 8 and 10 years old. The police informed that the vehicle ran away after hitting it on Sunday night and has not been found yet.
As the number of wild animals is decreasing, it has been kept under protected wildlife. According to the National Parks and Wildlife Protection Act-2029 in Nepal, it is kept under protected wildlife. In the international market, there is smuggling of gold for money.
