Matilal Dangi, president of Dhabang Ward, said that the agricultural production is sufficient and his production has made it easier for the residents of the headquarters of Libang. The production of Dhabang and Homa has provided support in the district and by exporting it. But it is very sad that the development plan does not touch the villages. It is important that not only the local level but the higher government should pay attention," said Dangi, the ward president.

It is also sad that electricity does not reach the beautiful and attractive villages from the agricultural production and geographical point of view. According to Dhabang resident young successful Budhamgar, there are no lights in dozens of villages of Dhabang. The village is still in the dark because the government has not made it a top priority.

Dhabang's former ward president Man Bahadur Khatri said that the development of the ward is possible if they want because there are representatives of Maoists in the ward, city and center. Recalling that he took many initiatives to introduce development in his time, he said, "It is necessary for the Maoist leaders who have single-handedly won at the local level to know that the people's desire is development and where they should give first priority."
