campaign, Forest and Environment Minister of Lumbini Province, Devkaran Prasad Kalwar, said that the provincial government is ready to provide health facilities to the people, and said that the support campaign had to be started because there were policy problems in managing the necessary budget for running dialysis services in community hospitals.
Although there is a dialysis machine in the hospital, due to the lack of funds to operate it, the collection of support funds for the Kidney Victims Rescue Campaign has been started.
Stating that all three levels of the government cannot invest for the expansion of the administrative services of community hospitals and service operations and manpower management in accordance with the government's health standards, Mayor Shrestha said that he has started a one-house-one-thousand collection campaign with the goal of connecting 10 to 15 thousand citizens to this campaign for the operation of dialysis services.
