Lankuri Manch, once considered the center of Gulmi, was a center of political activity and coolness. In which a concrete park has been constructed under the name of Shankh Park called 3D Park. But now it is stuck.

leading local  Bir Bahadur Karki expressed his concern that the glorious Lakuri Manch has been erased from existence. "It has been misused in the name of use," he said, "There is no justification for such unused parks." He complained about the lack of protection.

Another local leader, Santosh Panthi, said that it is unfortunate that they do not understand the importance of Lankuri Manch. "Old historical heritage and culture should be preserved," he said, "it is sad to lose identity in the name of modernity." At present, there is a voice that the old Lankuri platform should be installed and Lankuri should be planted in place of the concrete park .

In Tamghas, locals and people passing by the park have started speaking in favor of planting lankurs. Khildhwaj Panthi, the head of Resunga municipality, said that the previous government had misused the state's investment by building an unused park.

"The investment has been wasted, the park is not usable," he said.
