He also accused the government of misleading the state assembly members by promoting that the budget is decreasing by 7 billion for the coming year.

"The government is telling the state assembly members that there is no budget, 7 billion is decreasing," he said, "That means the government is failing." We do not want the state government to fail. So don't do anything to be greedy.'

While participating in the discussion of policies and programs, he suggested to the government to prevent leakages, irregularity and increase the scope of taxes. He said that the message that the provincial government will increase the size of the budget for the next year and reduce it to 50 billion is going to send a message that the condition of the province is getting worse.  Bhojprasad Shrestha, Raju Khanal, Krishnakusma Tharu, Chandrakesh Gupta, Indrakumari Gahatraj, Hemakumari Belbase, Devi Prasad Chaudhary, Janaki Neupane, Dharma Bahadur Chaudhary, Dilliraj Bhusal, Tara Thapa, Ambika Kafle, Rajuprasad Shrestha, Sushila Badi Nepali, Khadg Basnet, Yam Bahadur Nepali, Bhandarilal Ahir, Arjun Kumar KC, Lokikumari Vic, in

He said that since the policy program is a guideline document of the government, the budget and program will be brought accordingly. The policy program is a document that guides the government. "However, not everyone can stick to it," he said, "we will try to address the suggestions received through the annual programs of the relevant ministries."
