Indian Rupees 500,000, undisclosed and banned in Nepal, have been recovered from the border Nepali market Krishnanagar.
Ramkumar Tolangi, 43 years old, resident of Okhaldhunga Champadevi rural municipality-10, who was coming from India to Nepal on foot, was arrested at around 5:30 pm on Friday at Krishnanagar municipality-3, transmitter. District Police Spokesperson DSP Mohanmani Adhikari said that five lakh Indian rupees hidden in a plastic bag were recovered. Tolangi was arrested with a
note and sent to Revenue Investigation Office Butbal for necessary action.
