Police arrested three people including Brown Sugar on Wednesday. They were arrested while they were coming towards Baghaiyatal rural municipality-3 Tamaulipur through Balaigaon, India.

23-year-old Dixit Timilsena of Achham Kamal Bazar Municipality-5, Kuika, riding a motorcycle numbered 12 P 6663, and 25-year-old Deepak Sijali Magar and Maheshram Ghimire of Banke Khajura Rural Municipality-6, Simalghari, were arrested, said DSP Chakra Dambar Pal, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Bardia. 

When the police checked, they found 870 mg of the substance, he said. The police said that the investigation and action process has been started by extending the deadline of 5 days from the district court to the three people along with the substance and motorcycle.
