A young man from Bhairahawa has been arrested with brown heroin. 20-year-old Rahul Harijan of Siddharthnagar Municipality-8 was arrested by a joint team deployed from Narcotics Control Bureau Branch Office Bhairawa and Police Bit Bus Park Bhairawa Rupandehi.
