The Rupandehi District Court has issued an arrest warrant against Suddhodhan rural municipality president Kamlesha Sharan Chaudhary in the case of electronic crime (cybercrime). An arrest warrant has been issued against the municipality chairman on the charge of revealing the privacy of the raped girl and her family.
Ruppandehi District Court ordered the Butwal area police office to arrest Chaudhary on 1st May. Chaudhary is out of contact after the court order.
According to a police source, the local police office wrote to the district police office Kapilvastu on Monday to arrest Chaudhary and hand him over. Kapilvastu police said that they are looking for Chaudhary. He was elected as the chairman of the municipality from LOSPA.
