In Sunwal Municipality-7 Charpala of Paschim Nawalparasi, two people died and three others were injured after being crushed by a tree.

According to DSP Veer Dutt Pant of District Police Office West Nawalparasi, 30-year-old Meera Bayambu and 40-year-old Durga Bahadur Pun died. Local Narmati Periyar, Anil Thapa and Durgeshwara Khamcha Magar were injured in the incident. The injured are being treated at Devdah Medical College in Rupandehi.
