The contract service employees of West Nawalparasi have been requested to be included in the social security fund scheme. It has been requested to implement as per the notice published in the gazette on 1st Baisakh.

The contract and temporary employees working in the government offices of the district have submitted a memorandum to the Chief District Officer Hiralal Regmi. A memorandum with 4 points regarding professional rights has been submitted. 

Although the government will include temporary and contract service employees in the social security fund, the contract and temporary employees are complaining that they have to be deprived from participating in the fund citing lack of budget and other reasons.
