The name of this Bhir hill became 'Lisne Bhir' because there are also roads that go to different parts of Argali, Ridi, Rishikesh and Gulmi by climbing the same Lisno.

But now, when Batua stopped walking this way, Lisno also disappeared. Palpa's Ribdikot Rural Municipality-1, this famous Lisne Bhir is becoming the choice of adventure tourists. Since various structures have been built recently for taking photographs, the villagers have named it Selfidanda. According to Ward President Chiranjeevi Pokharel, it has become an attractive destination for domestic tourists in the last few years. 

'Babubajes used to descend from this Lisne Bhir and go to different parts of Ridhi, Rishikesh and Gulmi,' he said, 'Now the plan to develop this place as a tourist destination has gone ahead.' He claims that because nature has built a hill in a different way, everyone likes it.

Targeting domestic tourists, the local government has built a road so that they can easily reach Selfie Hill. A waiting room has been built. Water supply, toilets have been constructed. There is also a statue of Buddha. Tourists who reach there have been made safe by constructing railings. "Since there is a large crowd on both sides, there is a situation where security arrangements must be made," said local Sanjay Pandey Magar. Maybe we should do it slowly as soon as we get the budget.'

According to the ward president Pokharel, in the current financial year, the Lumbini state government has allocated 5 million budget for the tourist development of Lisneveer (Selfie Danda) area. The work has progressed from the nearby Chhatradevalaya area to Lisne Bhir. Various physical structures will be built in Chhatra Temple, which was built a hundred years ago. According to the ward president Pokharel, the construction of stairs, lisno, and railings will be organized. Construction of picnic spots, toilets, swings, tigers, and deer idols have progressed in Chhatradevalaya. There is also a plan to build a swimming pool. 

He said that the local government has started work to attract domestic and foreign tourists to Selfie Hill. Local Ramprasad Neupane said to make a plan to connect the locals with income by operating homestays while attracting tourists. "If it is possible to add income while creating a tourist destination, it can certainly be managed," he said.
