A body with a human skeleton was found in the forest of a community forest user at Tilotta in Jhumsa, Tinau rural municipality-3 of Palpa. According to the District Police Office, Palpo, the body of a man was found on the bank of Anapkhola in the community forest in an unidentifiable condition.
According to the police, the body is in a state of decomposition. That is why it could not be identified. The locals informed the police when they saw the dead body and could not recognize it as it had died several days ago. After the
news, police station Dobhan and district police office deployed Police Inspector Kamal Pradhan of District Police Office said that the police team sent the body to Lumbini Regional Hospital Butwal for post-mortem after preliminary investigation.
The police said that the dead body was found in an abandoned condition, all the parts of the body were rotted, the throat and ribs, and only the bones and skeleton. Hulia was seen wearing a green, black and white checkered floral sleeve sweater, a yellow sweater and black pants with white fine stripes, and a kattu with white and black shoes inside. The police said that further investigation is being done in relation to the
incident.
