Less than a week after one person was arrested for displaying weapons including a pistol on Tik Tok account, two people were arrested for displaying weapons on Facebook account.

21-year-old Durgesh Yadav of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-3 Asairna and 25-year-old Anil Kumar Kahar of the same municipality-4 uploaded photos and videos with weapons on their Facebook accounts on Wednesday. Both of them had published pictures and videos of pistols tied to their waists.

After receiving information that the video created by them had created fear, panic and terror in the locals, the team deployed from police station Labani arrested both of them from their house, informed Chief Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Kapilvastu Niranjan Dutt Bhatta.

The district administration office extended the deadline of seven days on the charge of disturbing peace and security in the society and the police said that the incident is being investigated. Further investigation is underway on where the pistol they showed on Facebook was brought from and how the video was made.

Earlier, on 7th Baisakh, 21-year-old Raghuvind Yadav, a resident of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-6, Mahadeva, was arrested on the charge of displaying a weapon with a pistol on his TikTok account.
