Two people died in a bus accident in Dang on Friday evening. Ward Police Office Lamhi said that one person died on the spot and one person died during treatment when a bus crashed near Singekhola on the Dang Lamhi-Bhaluwang road section. More than 10 passengers were injured in the accident.
Dang police chief Superintendent of Police Arjun Prasad Timilsina informed that 56-year-old Nilsaroj Yadav, a resident of Rajpur Rural Municipality-5, and a woman whose name and address have not been disclosed, were killed when the bus No. 3 B 7996 coming from Krishnanagar to Lamhi met with an accident in Rapti Rural Municipality-5 Lathhwa . The injured are being treated in Sishaniyan and Lamhi.
It is said that the bus which was speeding was out of control and had an accident.
