The adventure game Zipline, which has been operating in Gulmi since last January, has increased in popularity. Information Officer of Chhatrakot Rural Municipality, Hari Tandan, informed that 1,222 people have enjoyed the zipline till the end of March in the zipline that Chhatrakot Rural Municipality of the district has put into operation for the first time in the district.

Chhatrakot Rural Municipality has built a zipline from Chhatrakot Devalaya Temple to Devi Bhagwati Temple to make it an internal and external religious tourist destination. The zipline, which has been operating in Ward No. 3 of the rural municipality, is 1,800 meters long. It is also 67 meters high. Zipline has an average speed of 15 to 20 meters per second depending on the weight. It takes a minimum of 55 to a maximum of 77 seconds to reach from the starting station to the loading station.

Zipline was built by Sanu Setidevi Construction Pvt. According to the rural municipality, the zipline was made with the budget of Lumbini provincial government and Chhatrakot rural municipality. 

Chairman of Chhatrakot rural municipality Ram Prasad Pandey said that the municipality is going to make internal tourism more effective by protecting, promoting and promoting religious and touristic places of religious, cultural and archeological importance along with building structures within the municipality to promote tourism. "We have made an adventure game zipline for the promotion of tourism," he said.

The fee for playing adventure game zipline is 400 rupees for village residents, 300 rupees for students, 500 rupees for citizens outside the municipality and 1,500 rupees for foreign citizens.
