The police have arrested a defendant who is absconding on charges of child sexual abuse. 36-year-old Sanjay Kumar Lodh of Gulria-1 Chedapur was arrested. He was absconding from the High Court of Tulsipur-Nepalgunj.
On January 9, 2081, the High Court sentenced him to 6 months imprisonment and a fine of 5,000. Information Officer of District Police Office Bardia and DSP Rishiram Gharti Magar said that he has been filed in the District Court Bardia for necessary action.
