One person died when two motorcycles collided in Dang on Saturday morning. The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Vivek Subedi of Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city-6 Guidehar, police said.
Subedi, who was seriously injured in the accident, passed away during treatment at Rapti Health Science Institute, Ghorahi, said DSP Chakra Bahadur Shah, spokesperson of District Police Office Dang.

Subedi, the motorcyclist of Ra 8 P 341, died in the accident, while Vinod Basnet, 34, resident of Ghorahi-11, the motorcyclist of Ra 2 P 6163, was seriously injured. According to the police, he is being treated at the Rapti Institute of Health Sciences, Ghorahi.
