Baijuprasad Gupta, Chairman of Palhinandan Rural Municipality, has been found guilty of drug dealing.

District Court Paschim Nawalparasi Judge Keshav Prasad Adhikari's bench convicted another Raghunath Dhovi along with the elected chairman of the rural municipality. Dhowi is a policeman kept by rural municipality. Even if they are found guilty, the court said that the sentence will be fixed on February 29.

Chairman Gupta was elected as chairman for the second term from the Maoists. How much he will be punished  According to court sources, it will be determined on February 29.
