An 80-year-old man, who had been absconding for 17 years, was arrested in part of the case

According to the decision of the court, two persons, including an 80-year-old senior citizen, have been arrested.

According to the police, the absconding defendant has been arrested in part of the case in which the district court, Bardia decided a fine of 4,510 rupees 50 paise on 13th November 2064. 

According to District Police Office, Bardia Information Officer and DSP Rishiram Ghartimar, the arrested person is 80-year-old Dwarika Chamar of Gulria Municipality-9 Godianpur. He was arrested from his own house. 

Similarly, Rahimat Ali of Gulria-8 Bhansar Road has been arrested by the police. Bardiya District Court on February 27, 2011 decided to pay a fine of 4 thousand 837 rupees in a partial case.

He was also arrested from home. Both of them were produced in the District Court, Bardia on Monday for necessary action.
